Truda can do both, but I would say healing is main, at least that is what I prefer to do when I play her.  But, note, she is hardly useful outide of normal instances.

And she is definitely an alt, and I will only summon her for activities that will not hurt the development of Winzy.  She is in basic Winzy dress-designer and enchanter, not much more than that.

If anyone think this is bullheaded of me(see other discussion where it is stated that I could just as well bring out Truda to heal when GRS needs it), then I can tell you that for me Winzy is "alive" and Truda is an "avatar".  I ask for respect for my main character, if I had an alt-army it would not matter so much, but in general I can say that I would probably not play WOW if it was not for Winzy, so she will always be my priority.

As stated, i prefer playing shadow that is my main however i will come in from the dark and embrace the light if i am in the right mood, i say right mood because depending on what i am healing i find it quite stressful at times, and life is stressful enough without adding to it... I will not object to being asked though as it is my secondary spec and i can heal quite adequately :) I believe Sissy has quite a split personality hehe.

Oh! Right! Now that Ayashe is added to my AD roster I'd like to add her here.
Currently she's mainly moonkin dps, but I am also building a tank gear setup so in time she'll hopefully be able to tank heroics and such :)

I feel forgotten ;-)

Mirzel, the confused Draenei ambassador to Azeroth is an able Shaman and will heal most dungeons and raids up to Trial of The Crusader I think.
Sometimes there's more need for me to smash things and then I will bring out my axe and tankard and bash baddies while my totems stand laughing!

(read: main is healing and offspec is enhancement/melee).
